McDonald’s is expanding its universe with the introduction of CosMc’s, an innovative small-format concept focused on beverages, presenting a truly out-of-this-world experience. Drawing inspiration from nostalgia and featuring a menu of bold, refreshing drinks and delectable treats, CosMc’s is making its earthly debut for human enjoyment.
In an initial limited test phase, the first CosMc’s location is set to open in Bolingbrook, Illinois, this month, with several more planned in the coming months. CosMc’s seamlessly integrates brand-new, celestial beverage creations with a curated selection of food items, including some beloved McDonald’s favorites, all crafted to elevate your mood to the stratosphere, even if only for a brief moment.
CosMc’s menu revolves around beverage exploration, offering bold and unexpected flavor combinations, vibrant colors, and functional boosts. From specialty lemonades and teas to indulgent blended beverages and cold coffee, options include the likes of Sour Cherry Energy Slush, Tropical Spiceade, and S’mores Cold Brew. Customization is key, with choices such as popping boba, flavor syrups, energy or Vitamin C shots, and more.
On the culinary front, savory offerings include a Spicy Queso Sandwich, Savory Hash Brown Bites, and Pretzel Bites with accompanying dipping sauces. For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a Blueberry Lemon Cookie Sundae and Caramel Fudge Brownies, among other delights. The menu even features a selection of McDonald’s classics.
Embodying the spirit of the original McDonaldland character, CosMc’s forges its own path with a seamlessly integrated digital and Drive-Thru experience. Guests can take a respite from earthly stressors, utilizing dynamic menu boards and cashless payment devices to breeze through the ordering and payment process, allowing for guided exploration and customization. Drive-Thru pickup windows are assigned upon order readiness, ensuring a hassle-free journey to one’s happy place.
