Innovative Eyewear Enlists Emmanuel Ogbah as Brand Ambassador

Nigerian professional football defensive end for the Miami Dolphins, Ogbah, who made his mark in college football at Oklahoma State and was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft, has now stepped into a different arena. The smart eyewear manufacturer behind renowned brands like Lucyd, Nautica, Eddie Bauer, and Reebok has announced Ogbah as a notable addition to their roster.

The manufacturer highlights the compatibility of its eyewear, including Lucyd’s open-ear audio interface, as an ideal companion for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Based in Miami, the company’s Lucyd app for iOS and Android provides on-the-go access to ChatGPT, adding an innovative dimension to their smart eyewear offerings.

Expressing enthusiasm about the partnership, Harrison Gross, CEO of Innovative Eyewear, a Miami-native brand, stated, “Mr. Ogbah’s positive and energetic persona is a welcome addition to our team, and well-suited to promoting our fun and functional smart eyewear. Although our slogan has always been Upgrade Your Eyewear, we brand all of our products as Imagined in Miami, because we are so proud of the global design and innovation hub that our hometown is becoming. We look forward to working with more pillars of our local community like Mr. Ogbah.”

In a recent collaboration earlier this month, the smart eyewear developer joined forces with Authentic Brands Group to introduce a smart eyewear collection for Nautica, a brand managed by the renowned brand management firm.
