Lion Star, Everest Place, and Paramount have joined forces to create the highly anticipated Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida. Set to open in 2026, this resort will be part of the Everest Place development and will be expertly operated by Lion Star Hospitality Inc., the exclusive US licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts. This partnership aims to offer guests a world of limitless fun and unforgettable experiences.

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will feature over 400 hotel rooms and condo units, including suites inspired by beloved Nickelodeon characters. This family-friendly resort combines luxury amenities with fun for both the young and young at heart. Guests can interact with popular Nickelodeon franchises such as SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora the Explorer, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
