Fans of the animated superhero duo can mark their calendars for Friday, February 2, at 8 PM ET, when the first two episodes will air on Disney Channel and Disney XD.

For those who prefer to binge-watch, a batch of Season 2 episodes will be available on Disney+ starting February 3, following the initial broadcast. Meanwhile, if you missed the action-packed first season, fear not— it’s now available for streaming.

In the upcoming season, the dynamic duo of Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur fully embraces their roles as superheroes. However, the stakes are higher than ever as Moon Girl finds her crime-fighting adventures entwining with her personal life. The central conflict arises as she grapples with the decision of whether the cost of maintaining her secret identity is justifiable given the toll it takes on her family.

Providing the perfect backdrop to the series’ thrilling escapades is the musical genius of Grammy Award-winner Raphael Saadiq, who serves as the executive music producer. Based on Marvel’s popular comic books, the series follows the adventures of the brilliant 13-year-old Lunella Lafayette and her formidable 10-ton T-Rex companion, Devil Dinosaur. Together, they protect their Lower East Side neighborhood from imminent danger.

The stellar cast includes Diamond White as Lunella Lafayette (aka Moon Girl), Fred Tatasciore as Devil Dinosaur, Libe Barer as Casey, Alfre Woodard as Mimi, Sasheer Zamata as Adria, Jermaine Fowler as James Jr., Gary Anthony Williams as Pops, and executive producer Laurence Fishburne as The Beyonder.

Produced by Disney Television Animation, the series is executive produced by Laurence Fishburne and Helen Sugland’s Cinema Gypsy Productions, as well as Steve Loter.
