Stern Pinball, Inc. Unveils Jaw-Dropping JAWS Pinball Games At CES 2024

Stern Pinball, Inc., a leader in the pinball industry, has announced the release of their latest creations: pinball games featuring JAWS, one of the most iconic motion picture thrillers of all time from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment. Players are in for an immersive experience as they dive into the heart-pounding world of the four blockbuster JAWS films, enhanced with cutting-edge technology and mechanical features inspired by the iconic movie moments.

JAWS pinball games transport players to the fictional locale of Amity Island, a small fishing community off the coast of Long Island, New York. As Fourth of July vacationers flock to its picturesque beaches, grave danger awaits below sea level. The Amity Island mayor’s attempts to cover up shark attacks for the sake of tourism money lead to even more terrifying encounters.

In Stern’s JAWS pinball games, players take on the roles of Quint, Hooper, and Brody, grappling with the most dangerous ocean creatures on the planet. Tension builds as animated lighting effects simulate “blood in the water,” while players fire pinballs at a motorized “Shark Fin” target. The upper playfield, featuring the “Orca Boat,” adds to the excitement with a “Lookout Tower” ramp, ship’s wheel spinner, and a “Radio” stand-up target for calling help. Brace yourself for the motorized custom sculpted “Great White Shark” bash toy crashing through a fishing boat, intensifying the thrilling pinball odyssey. Will you survive JAWS?

In addition to the heart-pounding gameplay, JAWS pinball games incorporate immersive film and audio assets. Custom speech by actor Richard Dreyfuss and the iconic movie theme music by John Williams enhance the overall cinematic experience.
